My name is Sylvain, and I’m the founder of Seedlify.
I have always strived for freedom.
Not the picture-postcard version of freedom, but absolute freedom: the kind that means never having to operate in survival mode again.
I’ve known that time when uncertainty slows you down and holds you back, when every day is a struggle and the future is a fog.
It’s an experience that marks you deeply.
But that’s also where you learn the most important lesson: when you’re in survival mode, you no longer have the luxury of working “hard”. You are forced to work “smart”.
Every action must be effective.
Every resource must be optimized.
Every decision must have an impact.
It was in this crucible that my philosophy of “working smarter” was born.
In my case, it wasn’t a choice.
It was a necessity.
My quest for sovereignty was no longer just about building a stable system for myself, but about putting this radical efficiency, learned the hard way, at the service of my clients.
It was this obsession that led me straight to artificial intelligence.
Three years ago, when it burst onto the global stage, I didn’t see it as a trend.
I saw it as the right tool to implement this philosophy on a grand scale: the promise of finally being able to build faster, without wasting energy, but smarter and with more impact than ever before.
So I dove in headfirst, not because it was trendy, but out of conviction.
The past three years have been a total immersion, dedicated to deciphering what was a gimmick from what was a revolution for businesses.
I have explored, tested, and dissected all the opportunities currently offered by artificial intelligence tools, not only to understand how they work but also how to merge their power with the robustness and security of the web technologies I have mastered for over a decade.

And while our agency may be young and a startup in Canada, it is far from coming out of nowhere.
It is the product of a synthesis of two different realities encountered in the field:

And the second one, which I forged my own way three years ago by becoming an entrepreneur. It’s the world of agility, efficiency, and tangible results. It was in this arena, facing daily challenges that come in waves, that I applied my lessons to achieve fast and measurable outcomes.
And I built systems that enabled my clients to generate high-value leads, proving that exceptional results are possible when you work smart.
Single-handedly and with no paid advertising, I propelled an e-commerce store to the top of the search results in an ultra-competitive niche.
I opened up new markets, selling and shipping to 15 countries across North America, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
